	Federal Work Study Program The Federal Work Study program targets both undergraduate and graduate students with demonstrable financial need and provides jobs to assist in paying for college expenses. The jobs provided are largely in areas associated with community services, related to a particular students course of study. Certain variables determine the amount of a Federal Work Study award, including: the level of need the date that the student applies the funding level of the student's institution.
